I founded the company out of a passion for technology. For years, my focus was on systems, architecture, and problem-solving. When Dominika joined us in 2014, I realized that my perspective suddenly broadened.

Her passion for business and management, especially at such a young age, immediately caught my attention. She had visions far greater than the resources we had at that time. Paradoxically, that was exactly what pushed us forward.

Dominika noticed details that no one else saw. Under her guidance, decisions insignificant to others became levers of real value – ones that over time turned into millions. In a short time, she acquired key clients who remain with us to this day and brought structure to the company’s finances and processes. It was then that we realized the combination of engineering passion and business responsibility would give the company a completely new dynamic. Her joining the Management Board was a natural step in building an organisation based on knowledge, commitment, and long-term development.

When I joined the company in 2014, I immediately understood that its foundation was not products or technologies, but the way of thinking. The company was founded in 2003 on the initiative of two passionate engineers who always saw technology as a tool for solving real problems, not an end in itself.

One of them is the President, Piotr Parylak – a person who has always combined two seemingly distant passions: history and technology. This combination has shaped his distinctive approach to system design. On the one hand, it is rooted in deep respect for experience and an awareness of the consequences of every decision; and on the other hand, in the courage to pursue solutions that lead to success. The way Piotr interprets facts, context, and dependencies quickly became recognized in the industry, ensuring that our solutions consistently meet their intended parameters.

It was this quality of design – thoughtful, consistent, and far-sighted – that allowed us to win in situations where I opened the door. I knew that real value always stood behind the promise, and that the technology designed by Piotr would not only meet our clients’ expectations but often exceed them. Over time, this advantage became one of the foundations of our work culture.

The combination of Piotr’s engineering passion and Dominika’s business perspective has created a unique operating model for the company. Piotr brings the ability to understand dependencies and design systems with the future in mind, while Dominika brings a strong focus on financial discipline, processes, and delivering real value to clients. It is a model in which strategy, quality, and consistency take priority over rapid scaling.

Today, these extend far beyond their original specializations. The Management Board focuses on shaping the company’s strategy, direction of development, and standards of cooperation. At the same time, the key values – responsibility, expertise, and long-term thinking – are shared and developed by the entire team.
